The first step in our process is a planning meeting with the client to understand what they want to accomplish and determine the focus of the diversity component. This meeting initiates the needs assessment process and provides an opportunity for ProGroup to learn more about the company's current situation, get a clear picture of where they want to go, and learn how diversity is part of that journey. We will also establish roles and responsibilities, agree on specific training objectives, and establish timelines with milestones. ProGroup's new-client team includes an account manager, a project manager, and a subject matter expert. The team meets with members of your internal design team and any other key stakeholders to continue the planning and development process.
