Diversity councils serve a valuable function in implementing a diversity initiative, so it's important that they start off right. ProGroup helps you select council members, set the mission of the council, and establish protocol. We also offer training to provide council members with the tools and skills to effectively communicate the intent of the initiative to their colleagues within the organization.
Councils also use our communication tools, such as our Honoring Differences® calendar and posters, to promote diversity within their organizations. They employ our learning tools so they can act as Diversity Change Agents. And they sponsor mentoring programs using our mentoring products as resources and to promote dialogue. |
